Registered NDIS providers are compliant with the strict rules and guidelines of NDIS, providing disability support services to all NDIS participants, including the ones whose funding is managed by the NDIA.
Applying for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) involves meeting specific eligibility criteria including age, residency, and having a permanent and significant disability. Applicants must follow a structured application process. As registered NDIS providers, we’re well versed with the application process and can help eligible candidates become NDIS participants.

You have the flexibility to use registered or non-registered providers depending on who’s managing your NDIS funding. For NDIA-managed NDIS funding, NDIS participants must hire registered NDIS providers. However, if you use a plan manager, you have the flexibility to choose from both registered and unregistered providers.
While choosing your providers, look for the ones who are experienced, skilled, open, and dedicated with a client-centric approach. Inquire about their credentials, client feedback, range of services, and how they customise their approach to align with your unique needs and goals
NDIS participants can change their providers anytime during their NDIS plan. If you feel that your providers are not on the same page as you when it comes to meeting your personal and professional goals, or your comfort and security is being compromised, you can request to change your current NDIS provider. NDIS plans are reviewed every 12 months. However, as an NDIS participant, you can request an early review if you feel the current plan doesn’t align with your evolving needs and requirements.
